Regenerative Bodywork for a More Connected Life

Through Body-Memory Release, therapeutic massage, and thoughtful resources, I help people reconnect with their bodies, restore ease, and cultivate lasting well-being.

More Beauty Unfolding

“Wow, I feel so much better, thank you.”

“There are only three people that I can melt under, one is my husband, the other is his highly experienced brother, and you. You’ve got to go to massage school.”

From walking on my uncle's back as a seven-year-old to helping friends through migraines years later, I've heard versions of the same thing over and over:

"You have a gift with your hands."

For years I smiled, thanked them...and kept doing something else.

I genuinely loved creating beautiful spaces. Through cleaning, painting, and redesigning homes, I discovered that our surroundings deeply influence how we feel. I still love enhancing atmospheres, but being able to enhance someone’s internal atmosphere has ALWAYS been my deepest desire. The more I paid attention to what felt most aligned with who I am, the clearer it became that bodywork was where I felt most at home.

I first met Jonathan through mutual friends. What began as a few meaningful conversations eventually led me to attend one of his retreats, where I experienced Body-Memory Release as both a recipient and a student learning to offer it to others. It wasn't simply the technique that stayed with me—it was the way the work was approached: with curiosity instead of force, listening instead of fixing, and deep respect for the wisdom already present within each person's body. As I became more committed to this path, I knew this was the approach I wanted to learn.

Why now? This season has invited me to stop waiting and begin building the life I've quietly hoped for. My hope is to build a practice where people feel deeply seen, supported, and more at home in themselves—a practice I can carry wherever life takes me, serving my local community while also visiting friends and family and offering care wherever I'm invited. The thought of being able to travel to the people I love and serve their communities genuinely lights me up.

If you'd like to support me, you're not simply helping me attend a training—you're becoming part of the very beginning of this practice. Years from now, when someone leaves feeling more connected to themselves, you'll have helped make that possible.

If you're wondering whether a small contribution makes a difference, it truly does. If 300 people each gave $50, this entire training would be funded. That's a beautiful reminder that meaningful things are often built together, one person at a time.
